We are looking for a head cook / kitchen manager to be responsible for managing all kitchen operations and for delivering an excellent culinary experience.   We're focused on pressed sandwiches and familiar Puerto Rican cuisine that can be enjoyed with board and card games! The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all food orders, supervise kitchen staff and partner with the owner. This person will also refine and teach new kitchen staff how to efficiently create and present menu items. We are looking for dedicated and energetic team members up to the challenge of creating a fun, welcoming destination for guests while providing exceptional customer service.
